Wing Swing Submission Problem

Firstly, I'd like to thank everybody who's signed up for the Wing Swing already since yesterday.

However, it seems some of the submissions are going astray in cyberspace. I've replaced the automated form with one you email in yourself, to prevent people signing up and their form not reaching me.

I'm putting a list of people who've signed up already on the website (http://www.bluejello.org/wingswing) on the participants page, so what I'm asking is that, if you've signed up, could you go and check that your name is on there, and if it's not, resubmit your request?

I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. Clearly, forms don't like me.
